Well i had a mcdonalds - 475 cal, choc moose - 60 cal, ice cream - ?? cal! :( so 500 went out window! I also only burned say 300 cals walkin at most instead of 550 ish :( i'm such a let daown :(!
So i will not fck up today i refuse!

Goin get weighed soon nervous as had such a shit week, really hopin i'v not put on as want to be on track so can reach ma gw quicker! My stretch marks just seem be gettin worse an worse it drivin me mad i will never be able go swimmin or anythin again as i dont want people to see them they go from top of ma leg all way down to middle of ma calf :( i hate them soooo much :( !
My plan for today 500 cal so jacket potato tea - 290 cal, an apple - 80 cal, yog - 60 cal 10 grapes - 20 cal = 450 then rest on flavoured water etc!
Burnin 250 cal on stepper then 2 half an hour walks to an from doctors! so bout 250 cal ! so hopefully a good day without even starvin :)!

Well was ment to start abc so 500 cals! Instead ended up havin nearlly 1000 cals in one meal an screwed maself over absolutly gutted an so so so disappointed :(!
So plan is fast today with 40 mins on stepper an 45 min walk to me nans an 45 min walk back for ma nans! With cup of green tea! Got weigh in tomoro an will be gutted if have put on so usin today as good opportunity to iradicate yesterday if that the right word!

Went out for lunch was plannin fruit salad as would get moaned at if didnt eat, but wasnt on the menu so silly me ends up with 5oz gammon an chips :( i txt aqa an they sed it only 84 cal for 2.5oz so that 168 cal for gammon an sed medium chip 302 cal an only had small so at most the lu=nch would have been 470 cal which is only thing i ate all day an burned 250 cal on stepper so good or bad day ????????

Well i managed it yesterday an apple, 5 strawberries an 204 cal smoothie, I also burned 211 cal on my stepper as well as goin for my walk!
Hoping to do the same today :)
Oh got some of that green tea it is horrible but if it helps it has to be done!
Gettin weighed in about an hour or so ......................so will let ya all no how that goes, hopefully not hurrendously :(
